INFERNO OVENS have a unique side-opening door which makes service and opening easier. INFERNO CHARCOAL OVEN cooking area is one of the largest in the industry even though it takes up very little space in the kitchen.
The cooking temperature can be set to anywhere between 100°C to 350°C allowing different types of cooking, from baking and smoking to roasting, searing and grilling. Unlike most charcoal ovens in the market INFERNO OVEN 3in1 can also be fuelled with wood, instead of only charcoal allowing the smokiness from the wood to enhance the flavour.
With INFERNO OVEN 3in1 you have the possibility to control the temperature from 100°C to 350°C by using our unique airflow regulator.
We recommend an optimal cooking temperature of 250°C, that will allow you to harness the full potential and versatility of the INFERNO OVEN 3in1.

José Luis Gomez is the founder and owner of Inferno Charcoal Ovens ™ heading up exports, sales and global distribution. José has had an involvement in imports and exports of various products since 2012.
In 2014 he started in sales and distribution of charcoal ovens which he imported. After representing multiple brands and becoming more involved in international sales, he noted the pros and cons of the ovens, and began conceptualizing his perfect charcoal oven.
José decided at the start of Covid 19 lockdown in 2020, to use this time to develop his Inferno Charcoal Ovens ™ which at this time had been a long-time goal for him. He has made it his mission to produce international quality charcoal ovens with high performance and minimal maintenance, therefore making Inferno Charcoal Ovens ™ the right choice for all commercial kitchens, mobile kitchens, fast-food/take-away establishments and private homes.
José’s Inferno Charcoal Ovens ™ journey has been encouraged by the love and support of Lisa and Pepe (his wife and son) every step of the way.
