Bredasdorp is in the Southern Overberg region of the Western Cape, in South Africa. It is the largest service town for this part of the Overberg. Approximately 160km’s from Cape Town and just north of Cape Agulhas, Bredasdorp is a bustling town. Complete with country charm and friendly locals Bredasdorp is an interesting and historical town. Named after Michiel van Breda the first mayor of Cape Town, Bredasdorp has a large farming community, especially sheep farming.
